As a graduate of a program similar to Academy Northwest, I am blessed to have the unique viewpoint of a student and a teacher of this program. I have loved education from a young age and have channeled that God-given passion into a career for which I am extremely grateful. After 12 years of full time teaching in a Christian school, I have joined Academy Northwest so that I can raise my child and continue to pursue the calling of teaching that God has placed on my life.

I love working with students, discovering their unique learning styles and interests, and believe that learning should be interactive and enjoyable. Throughout my experience as a full time teacher, I have worked with learners who faced unique challenges and am thankful to say that through research, prayer, and hard work, I have seen many of my students grow in confidence and discover ways to learn and complete assignments to show their understanding of a subject.

My goal is to come alongside families and offer support and encouragement as well as professional advice. I look forward to working with students and, through tutoring, advising, or classes, show them that learning can be fun and see them grow in confidence and enjoyment of learning.
